Hotel
Aoki Village has two hot spring resorts, Tazawa Onsen and Kutsukake Onsen. In this tour, you can choose accommodation from three hotels in Tazawa Onsen, and we also provide support for transfers during your stay.

Masuya Ryokan
Six buildings constructed from the early Meiji period to the end of the Taisho period are designated as registered tangible cultural properties. Particularly, the “Higashikan” is the oldest building on our premises, and the third floor includes the “Fujimura Room.” Additionally, white-walled storehouses and beautiful wooden structures imbue the establishment with the dignified atmosphere of a long-established ryokan. We invite you to experience a stay at our 【Registered Tangible Cultural Properties】.

Izumiya Ryokan
Nestled in the mountains at an elevation of seven hundred meters between Mount Jokanyama and Takayama, the hot spring village offers a view of the distant and gently smoking Mount Asama.
The hot spring’s history dates back to ancient times, with legends suggesting its discovery in the latter part of the Asuka period by a wandering monk. It remained relatively unknown until the late Meiji era when the poet Shizaki Toshimura visited in August of 1899, crafting the work “Sketches of the Chikuma River” inspired by the rich scenery.
The hot spring itself is a simple sulfur spring with a faint smell of sulfur, ranging from 38 to 42 degrees Celsius. A prolonged bath is recommended, as it enhances the therapeutic effects, especially for various ailments, including women’s health issues.

Hotel Fujiya
In spring, our garden comes alive with blooming azaleas and rhododendrons, creating a beautiful tapestry of flowers that has received favorable reviews. Experience the transformation of our garden into a floral carpet during this season.
Moreover, our rock-built outdoor bath provides a magnificent view of the night sky adorned with the moon and stars, making it highly recommended for a tranquil and soothing experience.
In autumn, the mountains’ vibrant foliage complements the scene, and fallen leaves drifting into the bath add a touch of elegance. Immerse yourself in the serene atmosphere, enjoying our rustic hot springs, the abundant nature, and the delights of mountain cuisine for a truly peaceful and enjoyable moment.

Manzanso
Manzanso as the name suggests, was a mountain lodge where you could overlook the entire Northern Alps, but at this turning point where the third generation takes over, the lodge left Okuyamada and relocated to Kutsukake. This move was made to inherit the longstanding history…
Since ancient times, the hot springs in Kutsukake have been an integral part of people’s lives. In the quietness of the mountains near Mount Osukedake, we, who live in the modern era, feel the breath and thoughts of the people who lived through Kutsukake’s history. The hot springs of Kutsukake have silently preserved this history throughout the ages.

Kanadeya Ryokan
Kanadeya Ryokan is located in Kutsukake Onsen in Aoki Village, Shinshu. It is a self-service accommodation that was renovated from an old-fashioned hot spring inn. The basic concept is a self-service stay with no meals provided. Guests are kindly requested to make their own beds. You can bring your own ingredients and use the shared kitchen for cooking. While the refrigerator and washroom are communal, each room has a private washlet toilet.
Additionally, right next to the inn, at the restaurant “Senraku,” they can accommodate your dining requests if needed.
